INTRODUCTION In the Middle Ages of Europe, the demand for exotic exotic products in the eastern region is rising. Traders and merchants will bring perfumes, rice, cotton, wine, salt, fish, lemon, mirrors (tourism and trade) along the trade route to and from the Far East. Unfortunately, due to the emergence of products, traders will also cause fatal suffering and will soon spread throughout Europe. One of the biggest epidemics in history is mouse fleas (Kugler, 2009).

Pest is one of the greatest killers in the Middle Ages and can easily become one of the greatest killers in history. It had a devastating effect on the European population in the 14th and 15th centuries. It is also known as black death and plague arrived in Europe around 1348. It spread throughout Europe, which infected many countries such as Italy, France, Germany and Spain. It did not affect Poland. Many people do not know how to avoid capturing it or how to explain the disease. They are wrath of God, but mankind is more sinful. People suffering from this disease may die on April 5 next week. Therefore, the average life expectancy of the 14th century is under 20 years old. Many of them are children, they are the most prone to this disease.

Europe eventually defeated the demographic stalemate in the mid 18th century. The disappearance of several major fatal diseases leads to longer life span and results in higher population. Improved health measures, medical advances, improved hygiene, personal hygiene and living standards of the 9th century brought about a long life. Aspirations for small families and increased use of abortion and contraception (Raleigh, 1999) counter the improvement of longevity.

Continuous killers always fascinate society. Continuous killers are usually defined as criminals who kill three or more people for a certain period of time. Most of the serial killer cases reported are from the United States and Canada. In India, cases reported are negligible. To the best of our knowledge, I will introduce the first Indian case in literature. A 28 - year - old man, Surinder Koli. Forensic research is handled by the forensic and toxicology department of the All Indian Institute of Medicine, New Delphi. We conducted the most unique psychological investigation of the soul of the serial killer.

There are two serial killers, an organizational serial killer and a disorderly serial killer. The systematic serial killer is very smart and has a plot of murder. They usually have murder weapons, they contract, they carefully leave no evidence, but take "souvenirs". Some people may also leave trademarks or exceptional clues to discard the detectives. Psychiatric patients are usually systematic continuous killers. Psychiatric patients usually know the difference between right and wrong. On the other hand, an unorganized serial killer kills people whenever there is a chance; they are cluttered, leaving clues like fingerprints, blood, and even semen. Psychiatric continuous killers are often confused with crime and are more likely to be arrested. These serial killers are often not in contact with society.
