I am writing the first remorse thesis on Iroquo creation myths. In this consideration, I summarize myths, explain the relationship between Iroquois and its myth, and finally how I respond to the meaning and importance of this myth.

This myth focuses on the way the Iroquois created the universe. The story begins with the "sky man" living on the floating island. The woman of the island fell in the water below and created the earth and the sky with the help of the animals facing the sky. She had two sons, which caused the rest of the world, seasons, animals and all the other natures to be born. One son is good and the other son is evil. The two sons made balance between peace and happiness in difficulties and sufferings. This myth is clearly a creative myth. Because the earth and the sky did not exist first, then it was created through mythical steps. I think that there is a "FAIRY TAIL" element in this myth. These elements are fictitious, but they are still very interesting.

As a result of the investigation, I found that women play a very important role in Iroquoi society. In this myth, I am interested in whether this relates to the universe created by women. Women own all their wealth and identify relationships and leaders within the tribe. Individual tribes are guided by the family's mother and are divided into wolves, turtles and bears. This relationship is similar to the mythical relationship, since women who create the earth and the sky direct the animals and help the creation of the earth.

Although this myth is simple, I believe that a part of it is to show that there are difficult paths and simple paths. This difference was seen in the difference between the two sons of Sky Woman. One is good, I hope that life is happy and relaxing for everyone, and the other is bad, and I hope there are pain and suffering there.

Iroquois creation myths may be slightly different, according to the person who said it, because the six countries that make up Iroquo covers a considerable amount of land and has a considerable history. Iroquois creative myths provide Iroquois a guide to their priorities and their happiness and nature's happiness are balanced in the front. This idea still relates to Iroquois ceremonies today, at least in a traditional sense, indicating that the global creation myths have been done with Iroquois.

In these two myths, animals play an important role. Without them, creation myths will lack key elements; land creation in Iroquois myth and painful creation in Bushman myths. Their roles represent that animals are necessary in the lives of these people. In Greek mythology, when Pandora was taken to Epimetheus, she was given a box and ordered Zeus not to open. Zeus not only gave her a box, but also gave him curiosity, which was the temptation of her crime. Due to her curiosity about her nature, Pandora took place in the box and all the problems on the planet jumped out of the box. Because of her sin, the whole human race has to suffer. This is the result of human being forced to face Prometheus' fire.
