They feel globalization, information liberalization, and democratization of the Internet. They can get more information than the old generation they dreamed about. They are looking for a life work balance. They no longer live for this work. Because of the money, they no longer work. Now they want to obey their dreams and passions. They want to abide by the rules and deviate from expectations. For loyalty and work, they need a vision, a mission. They need to know and feel that they are important. What they are fighting is meaningful and important.
