The Internet and its impact on the Internet was originally developed as a means of communication by the military defense authority in 1957. But the argument advocated by others is that the Internet enhances the ability to be selective by promoting and promoting groups of homogeneous beliefs. This has led to the selective use of the Internet and people have enhanced their previous beliefs and attitudes.

TCP / IP is a two-part system that functions as the basic "control system" of the Internet.
