Circadian rhythm is an internal circadian clock that controls mental and biological processes over 24 hours. Circadian is the Latin word "about 24 hours" means. Cortisol helps regulate blood glucose levels, regulate metabolism, alleviate inflammation, and adjust salinity and moisture balance, and adjust blood pressure.
