The Innocence of Childhood in The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger

Growing and maturing can be a difficult experience; it is difficult to accept the adult world by giving up the childhood of a person. Transition from young people to mature people may be much more difficult than others. These people often insist on their childhood as much as possible. Unfortunately, life is not that simple.
