The problem of the inherent rights of mankind includes whether "natural rights" are possible or not. "Natural" right is the right to be "nature" as a human being, that is, human beings who are born with us. A major problem in answering this question is to define the term "right". This was an elusive question through the history of political analysis. A survey of the possibility of the following "natural rights" first tried to create a definition of practical rights, then, in order to ascertain whether it is correct or not, the nature of human beings and "rights" I will continue to study roots.
The concept of human rights is based on the recognition of certain fundamental and nontransferable rights that are essential to humanity. Where each of these inherent rights are recognized and formalized within the normative framework, both domestically and internationally, they provide normative protection for vulnerable groups. However, formal approval within the normative framework may not be sufficient to protect and enjoy the rights of the most vulnerable groups. In some cases, it is necessary to enact more specific laws to enrich the rights, the holders of rights, and the responsible person. Supplementary norms (legislation) can be developed / promulgated within the national or international legal system to strengthen the regulatory framework to protect vulnerable groups.
Human rights are all right to everyone regardless of gender, nationality, place of residence, gender, race, religion, color, or any other classification. Therefore, human rights are not discriminatory. In other words, everyone has the right to these rights and can not be excluded. Of course, everyone has the right to human rights, but not everyone can experience these human rights equally in the world. Many governments and individuals ignore human rights and seriously abuse others
Accepting human rights means accepting that everyone has the right to make these requests. Human rights is unique to everyone born with that right. Why does that sentence need no special action to support it? Why do not we ask humans to enjoy their rights? Human rights assertion is ultimately a moral claim that depends on moral values. The right to my life really means that no one should rob my life from me; it is wrong to do so. Even so, there is no need to support the assertion. All of us should not be able to infringe certain aspects of our lives, our existence should be force majeure in our own circumstances, because others are against us is. Presence is indispensable, we are who we are, what we are, they are essential for our humanity and human dignity.
