Boys reported illegal activities more than girls. When answering questions about drinking, the children were asked how many times they were drinking during the past 6 months. Mediation variables are parent-child relationships. The quality of the relationship is measured by the set stock scale consisting of nine questions on the relationship of each parent. The following mediation variable is parent conflict. In the test, we asked five questions about conflict between parents of each child. The last intermediary variable is the parent alcohol consumption.
This article is about explaining the influence of family composition on juvenile delinquency. Families offer minimal communication and structure, and it is more likely that children will engage in illegal activities. The data of this study is from high schools in the south, mainly low income regions. Investigate through investigation. The findings show that the family composition plays a negative and positive role in the occurrence of juvenile delinquency.
In previous studies, changes in family composition (especially parent divorce) were associated with juvenile delinquency involvement. There are relatively few studies trying to study the long-term impact of changes in family composition on delinquency and criminal participation. Current research addresses this gap in the literature by examining the effects of changes in family composition during adolescence on cross-border violations and vertical violations. Our findings reveal a small temporary association between changes in family structure and juvenile delinquency. I will explain the meaning of these results for future research.
The structure of the family mainly influences the behavior of the child. The results of this study indicate that children raised with single parents are at high risk of becoming criminals (Glueck, 1962). Family composition affects economic and parental resources available to children. A single parent is economically restricted and rarely takes care of the needs of children. As a result, children lack self-esteem because they lack most of the other children's possessions. Children raised with families with parents will have less chance of encountering behavioral problems.
