The Influence of Shay's Rebellion

On February 6, 1788, Massachusetts became the sixth state that ratified the US Constitution. In the 19th century, Massachusetts became the national leader of the American Industrial Revolution, cities factories like Lowell and Boston produced fabrics and shoes, and factories around Springfield produced tools, paper and textiles. The economy has changed from agriculture-based economy to industrial economy. Initially we used hydropower and later used a steam engine to power the power plants.
