Influence of religious history on the Middle East Over the past five months, I have studied the religious history of each country that split. My project includes tracking the religious development of each of the four countries and the role of religion in social, political and moral elements of their respective destinations. I have explored the main character and events that influenced the country's history and religious territory of each country. When I came to each country, I learned about each religious belief and tied the cultural formation of this religion.
The history of Malaysia is the written history of the country of Southeast Asia and its strategic port location has brought about trade and foreign influences, which fundamentally affected its history. Hindu India, the Middle East of Islam, and the western part of European Christianity, the northeastern part of China and Japan are the main influence of the route crossing this region. The history of Malaysia is also intertwined with the history of neighboring countries of Indonesia, Singapore, the Philippines, Brunei, and Thailand. This trade and foreign culture has brought enormous wealth and diversity to this area, but also has control and colonialism. The history of Malaysia is one of the continuous stages of external influence following the establishment of a colonial country in the middle of the 20th century.
Social, political, economic and religious changes in the Middle East from the 18th century to Ayatollah Khomeini. The topics discussed included the rise of Western European influence on the Middle East, the role of oil in shaping the world economy, nationalist movement, the Persian Gulf crisis, and the Islamic Renaissance movement. Only one version of A HIS 388 can be used for credit. Prerequisite: Beginner or advanced, or history 3 credits. This course explores "fascism" as a framework for analyzing society. Starting from Japan, we mainly study the "fascism" in the political economy, knowledge production and popular culture of the axes in the first half of the 20th century. Particular attention will be given to the importance of bureaucracy and mobilization of citizens, regional interaction in developing the importance of racial, ethnic and political participation systems.
