The Influence and Work Conditions of Daycare Workers

Do you have children in day care centers? Regardless of whether your answer is yes or no, have you ever thought about how much they would pay? You think that their income is enough to be an important part of people's lives and even an important part of today's community. Do you want their salary, even career? These are questions raised by myself, and they are thought from the viewpoint of others. As a child I am very smart and accept some attitude like a teacher's pressure known as a day care worker.

I do not believe that "I" decided to become a social worker, but I feel that becoming a social worker is a call for my life. But I was influenced by my grandmother who was not a social worker; she was the owner of family daycare. Her excitement and dedication to her work stimulated me. Looking at my grandmother, I got love and help for my children. I am about seven years old, so I often come to see me for advice, encouragement and listening to problems. - Introduction The way to become a clinical social worker is difficult as before. It helps me shape people and experts I want to become, so I am enjoying every moment of learning. My first career path was not a social worker, but when I decided to become a social worker, everything began to make sense. I feel as if I found the feeling that it is "right" with the place to which I belong

There are about 370,000 day care (statistics) in the United States. As day care workers, people can interact with the youngest people in America. Preschool nursery schools provide safe and disciplined educational environment for children under 5 years old. In the 1980s, the number of mothers who joined the labor force increased rapidly, especially for mothers under 6 years of age (Eberts 7). Due to high economics and divorce rate (how to do daycare business), the mother of pre-primary school children was forced to look for work, so the demand for day care center increased.

Millions of parents nationwide are faced with difficult decisions to put children into day care every year. As the number of families working with parents at home increased, the demand for day care services increased dramatically. These families may not have relatives who live nearby, or who can take care of children. Other families may have parents who work at home, but they need uninterrupted time to finish their work. Many day care centers offer all day, half day, or week, but there are weekly options accordingly. This allows each family to adjust day care services to their needs
