The true value of every company in every economy is its people. If the company loses all equipment, all machines or all office supplies, can the company survive? The answer to this question is absolute. Because employees of the company will invest it to survive certainly. On the other hand, if the company loses all employees, can the company survive? These issues highlight the importance and necessity of people within the company. Otherwise, the company can not act.

In this article, we show the definition of human resources (HR) and judge whether personnel is the most important asset in the organization. The first part of this article explains the importance of human resources and its importance to the success of any organization. In Part 2, we will determine the impact on the performance of the organization.
