Therefore, in any country of the world there are entrepreneurs, some who are creative and willing to take risks. Before we begin the necessity and importance of entrepreneurial development, we must distinguish entrepreneurs and entrepreneurship. This research analyzes the characteristics of the entrepreneurial spirit program and educational program through the importance of entrepreneurship education program, performance analysis (IPA) at entrepreneurship graduate school designated by Korean SME and startup. The results of this study will provide professors and policy makers with hands-on guidance to evaluate and improve entrepreneurship programs. This article is divided into the following sections. First, we review the literature on the entrepreneurship education program and explain the important achievements. In the following section, I will explain subject selection and analysis by IPA analysis. Finally, the significance of the research has been introduced through the results and explained in the Hints and Conclusions section.
