The Importance of Affirmative Action in America

Positive behavior affirming the importance of behavior in the United States is a controversial topic based on government efforts to overcome prejudice by tolerance. Aggressive action is a way of helping our minority people acquire employment and avoid racial cheating. After adopting these policies, many large companies are increasing employment of ethnic minorities (Plous). Despite the aggressive action being done today, women earn only 76 cents per dollar they earn.

Do you still need to act positively in the United States? Since the United States has not enough equality and diversity, I think that aggressive action is still necessary. There are two definitions of positive behavior: 1) Racial neutrality, gender neutrality guarantees against actual discrimination, 2) sexual preferences for racial preferences and correct race and sex. Most Americans confirm that actions are related to the second definition and are causing many controversies. But the true and expected meaning of positive behavior is the first one. Since Americans do not have sufficient equality and diversity in our labor force and university, aggressive behavior is still extremely important in the United States.

If you ask what kind of positive behavior you have in the US, many Americans will ask you how you define the behavior or how it will act as an individual and as our community in the United States I can not tell you. When trying to understand the problem of positive behavior, you must ask yourself what is the important problem and what kind of positive actions you have. Chapter 6 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 stipulates the prohibition of discrimination based on race, skin color, nationality in programs and activities that accept Federal financial assistance. Therefore, this provision is intended for public schools funded by governments. Students have the right to equal access to education according to the law, but they can also protect them from unfair treatment based on their own ethnicity.
