INTRODUCTION This report aims to clarify the serious consequences of real evidence obtained from recent research, as well as positive and negative aspects of mobile phones in general, youth, social life, safety, health and learning is. The idea of communicating using mobile phones was first introduced by Bell Labs in 1947 (Merlin Thanga Joy, 2010). Originally aimed to accompany merchants, not to support personal lives (Campbell, 2005). However, according to (Aoki and Downes, 2003), mobile phones are becoming an important part of daily life of the young generation.
Young people are heavy users of mobile phones, they are the largest population of mobile phones (Dickinger et al., 2004). As a result, the younger generation is interested in using high-tech equipment such as the latest technology of mobile phones rather than the elderly. Compared to communication equipment, mobile phones are like young generation fashion accessories (Robins, 2003). Mobile devices are more likely to be used prior to other devices, and may even be considered fashion accessories (Lu et al., 2005, 2008). The more general use of these portable systems may mean that users are more open to social judgment, criticism and condemnation. Young people are increasingly using and adapting their mobile phones to not only talk to their own world but also to create and build their own world (Spero & Stone, 2004) . Mobile phones are now a common part of teens' lifestyle
In this modern world, it is almost impossible to find people who are not using mobile phones. There are various famous brands that manufacture mobile phones using various advanced technologies. Our motto is to satisfy the needs and appeal of the young generation with these unique technologies. The technology they use on modern mobile phones is tested by experienced technicians. You will spare a different cell phone spare than your cell phone. Sometimes young people are passionate about different types of cell spares. These cell spares are known for their unique design, and also you can get a nice interface among these spare parts.
Because young people and digital Aboriginal are always surrounded by technology, they are good at using video games, mobile phones and computers (Wallis 2013: 07). Migrant workers in China can take pictures with their mobile phones, but you can update their Facebook accounts digitally with these photos. However, Elder of the Digital Aboriginal may have the Facebook account and lack the necessary skills to regard it as a youth field. Therefore, awareness of older generations of technology is directly related to the ability to interact with ICT. Older generations are technically mediated and communicate with young users. The Jamaican people refer to the young generation's skills when using mobile phones as if they were born or used mobile phones and mobile phones to become twins. In addition, old generation Jamaica believes that mobile phones are the next generation. Old version phones may not support high-speed Internet access and data applications.
