Flaschner, and Mickey Shachar focus on the relationship between JS and burnout syndrome in hotels and restaurants, the type of leadership in the hospitality industry, especially customer contact service staff (CCSE). To complete the study, the author distinguishes JS from its degree, burnout syndrome, and the relationship with the type of leadership the management is using.

In my literature review I am trying to evaluate whether the transformational or trading leadership style will more actively affect individual performance and overall follower performance in stressful tasks. First, analyze the style of transformation and transaction leadership Basically, the style of leadership may determine the effect of customer service training and deployment. Likewise, transaction leaders succeed by focusing on task - oriented exchange relationships to achieve success. Change leaders lead change - In many cases, at higher level organizations, believers in change leaders are more active in devoting to organization leaders and goals. (Bass, 1985; Tichy & Devanna, 1986)

Leadership, especially the style of transformational leadership, is associated with higher level job satisfaction. A leader of change will help employees to satisfy the job and mental health. In Taiwan, the director of nursing department shows changes in leadership more frequently in the workplace, and the nursing faculty who received this leadership style gained modest satisfaction in the workplace. Supervised nurses with innovative leadership style are less likely to experience job satisfaction than nurses with other style supervisors. Therefore, a supervisor that presents a transformational leadership style can be viewed as providing supervisor support within an organization. Job satisfaction and commitment to the organization are two elements that ease the general health and influence of change and the style of innovative leadership.
