I grew up in Haifa, the third largest city in Israel. It is only 3 blocks from the coast. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, I spent my childhood in my childhood. Like other boys living in the places I live, my favorite sports is football. I knew it soon - I will become a professional football player. I am playing this game, I have improved my skills and spent all the time to do my best at school. Not just the average level.

To the best of my knowledge, I've been looking for my life goal. I always wanted to know how many people can do the work that millions of people will affect their "best performance". I was lucky, I was doing my best, I had the flexibility, whether it was their network, who they are, what they are at the core of all of them, I seek life experience. In January 2017, I got the opportunity to participate for the second time in the World Economic Forum held in Davos. I spent a week with the best leaders from all over the world! The stories, humility, and accomplishments of their lives have been deeply involved in the real impact of our daily lives.

Everyone is a victim and a beneficiary of luck. We all know that luck has a big impact on the results of our lives, but we do not have any real dependence. The proper response is to dig deeper into our hearts and move forward. This is undoubtedly a typical response. But if you think that luck is controllable, or at least controllable, it is a positive change from passive role in random observation to manufacturing result. The result of manufacturing begins with understanding skills and success. In subculture, there is a general barometer that succeeded. Regardless of metric or unexplainable heuristics, gatekeepers tend to use similar measuring bars. But unfortunately for the actor the metrics are often outdated. Michael Lewis' Moneyball tested this phenomenon in a baseball game. How can you win the sport with extremely high mobility?
