This article describes how to apply change tolerance (ITC) and constructivist development theory (CDT) for personal and spiritual evolution. After examining the ITC map and the data it generates, it reflects that information. To that end, I will first describe the terms of ITC and CDT and how to use them to support growth. In addition, I will explore how my personal ITC map and how it is used through the lens of the CDT to adapt to change and promote personal growth and development.
Immunization is a highly complex multilayered defense of the body that evolved during evolution and is constantly changing to adapt to changes in human habitat. Immunization is congenital, ie hereditary (inherited) and acquired, and is caused by metastatic disease or vaccination. The main role of maintaining immunity are healthy lifestyle, moderate physical activity, and of course, proper nutrition. What do you need to maintain immunity? Which product enhances immunity is essential to our body. Nutrients are important for immunity, so food should be diversified and balanced. To maintain immunity, proteins, vitamins, omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, zinc, selenium, iodine, lactic acid, bifidobacteria, plant fungicides, dietary fiber are needed. All substances have a special effect on immunity
Influenza viruses are constantly changing. With this constant change, the virus escapes from the immune system, allowing people to infect the flu forever. People infected with influenza virus make antibodies against the virus; when the virus changes, the "old" antibody no longer recognizes the "updated" virus and the patient becomes sick. However, older antibodies can provide partial protection against new viruses. Another change - called antigen conversion - occurs only occasionally. When this happens, there is no antibody defense against the virus, even the majority of people, sometimes the entire population. This could lead to a global pandemic called pandemic. In the last century, three major epidemics occurred, and numerous deaths came out with each epidemic.
