The ICC and Southeast Asia

The International Criminal Court was officially founded on July 1, 2002. "Statistics for the exercise of jurisdiction over four crimes - genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and aggression (only after further provisions defining conditions of aggression and jurisdiction)". (Toon, 2004: 1). The International Criminal Court is considered the final court. This is intended to be implemented in countries where countries such as Southeast Asia such as Southeast Asia do not want or can not provide victims with violent crimes involved in such crimes.

We all know that Southeast Asia is a rapidly growing consumer market. Southeast Asia, Southern China, Eastern India, Western New Guinea, Northern Australia. Southeast Asia is the largest automobile manufacturing center, and it is a major production center of the world electronics and electrical components industry. Malaysia and the Philippines are now one of the world's leading Southeast Asian information technology and business process outsourcing centers. Most of the low-end labor-intensive manufacturing industry, which was the only department in China, moved to Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS), a new low-cost production base in Asia. China is still considered a global factory, but many low-end, labor-intensive manufacturing industries are now moving to Southeast Asian countries. Investors are increasingly concerned about Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Southeast Asia consists of the seas of Southeast Asia and Southeast Asia. Southeast Asia is generally thought to include Myanmar, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, East Timor, Brunei, Philippines. This area is strongly influenced by Indian and Chinese culture and religion, religious Muslims and Christianity in Southwest Asia. Due to the long-standing heritage of colonialism, Southeast Asia also has many Western influences. An example is the serious impact of the invasion on the Philippines' US and Spain.

Southeast Asia can be divided into Southeast Asian continents including Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar (Indonesia, East Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, East Timor, Brunei, Continent including Cocos). Christmas Island Since around 500 BC, at the intersection of the maritime trade routes between India and East Asia, this area was greatly influenced by the cultures of India and China. The term Indian kingdom is the name of many Southeast Asian political units. This incorporates most aspects of Indian governance, administration, art, stone, writing, and architecture, to some extent. Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim religion gradually spread to the local cosmology theory.
