The Humanistic View

In the Renaissance, humanism was a philosophy characterized by the history and behavior of all people, the influence on the world and the attention of religious obligations. Prior to the Renaissance thinking, medieval Europe believed that life is sinfully contemptuous. Both Machiavelli and Erasmus are humanists, but their views are entirely different. Despite similarities, there are some important differences between humanism and existential psychology. The biggest difference lies in the basic view of human nature.
