"Human rights is a social practice aimed at achieving a specific vision of human dignity and possibility through institutional fundamental rights." In order to achieve this goal quickly, I realized that the right to life (ethnicity, religion, sex), freedom and wealth are the most important. Because they are the most frequent and consistent right to touch our private life, they are the most important right to achieve these dignity.
British John Rock (1632-1704) is the most responsible intellectual who decides Republicanism. The first assumption of Locke is that human beings have certain force majeure - life, freedom, and wealth -. The government must protect these rights and do not take any measures to threaten or deprive them. In return, citizens treat the government reasonably. This is the concept of social contract. If the government violates social contracts (for example, failing to protect the rights of citizens or enacting law without community approval) it is necessary to overthrow the government and form a new government. According to Locke's opinion, "people" are not ordinary people, qualified nobles, have education and independence, act morally for the community.
John Locke outlined his view on taxation in the second government paper (1690) of section 140. The basic premise of his philosophy is that all people have natural rights to life, freedom and wealth. Since the government takes control of property through tax policies, it is necessary to discuss tax issues under the issue of natural property rights. Locke recognizes that the government needs to tax in order to finance its operations. Locke believes that the government should act as a guardian of natural rights. Citizens who benefit from the government should fund these protections. For this reason, Locke believes that taxation is permitted with a majority consent. Locke also permits the election of people in the elected group, but does not allow taxation if the ability to cancel officials is not passed.
