The human brain is an important part of life, but many people do not understand the importance of this complex organ. The human brain is like the rest of the body, growing long, strengthening, weakening, and dying. The brain runs throughout the life stage, and people can maintain brain health and vitality through specific exercises. In the first several decades the brain becomes increasingly strong, then it may start to get worse and develop disease. People should learn about early stages to reduce the possibility of having unhealthy brains and how to make unhealthy brains healthier.

Many evidence points out the simple fact that a single human brain itself can not design more intelligence than itself. This is a purely empirical statement: billions of people came and no one did this. Clearly, one human's wisdom can not design intelligence in his lifetime. However, these billions of brains who have accumulated knowledge for thousands of years and have developed external intelligence processes have performed system - civilization.
