Welcome to Honors College of LeTourneau University! I'm very happy to be a member of this community. Honorary college is a place of interest. We are interested in seeking education, change and social experience to help shape our image as a god. This is an educational community and I am proud to be one of them.
Students at Honors College receive a scholarship of $ 1,000 per year and live in Davis Hall; the number of registered Honors College: 145; the Honors course is a substitute for general education requirements. Four seminars according to major
Diploma; Honors and Honors College offers special diploma at the end of career after graduation. Not all courses are covered by the honors program, but the diploma proves that you participated in a more academically rigorous degree program. This is attractive to recruiters and may be higher than other applicants when entering the labor market. Accommodation: Typically, the Honors College and University Honors program offers special accommodation for students taking the course. Sometimes these dorms are better and more spacious than other dorms. They made it possible for you to join this program with other students, those who work with them everyday.
In general, Honors College can provide flexibility in college days while providing a small academic house in college days. Each course is different, but usually you will learn a certain number of courses (usually freshmen and sophomores) at Honors College and benefit from the dynamic peer community during this time. The ratio of teacher and student is low, more materials and instruction. In fact, you go to a small school. But another part of your time is outside of Honors College where you study your major and degree in the field of expertise of your choice.
