The Holocaust: Number The Stars

The title of the book of the Holocaust is "Stars" of the historic novel Lois Lowry. My book is about a Jewish girl named Allen who lives with his best friend's family Johnson to avoid being trapped by the Nazis and traveling with their families. I chose this book because it was written by Lois Lowry and her other books, so I think this book is okay. I received this Newbury Award, so I also chose this book. Annemarie Johansen is a 10 - year - old girl who is the protagonist of this story, living with his parents and sister at home.

Bradley: World War II and the Holocaust were very interesting times for us. Eileen was influenced by a childhood book like "Anne Frank's Star and Diary". I would like to know how this happened and what it is like. No matter how many books and movies I read, I can not imagine it. I understand it only in an abstract way. I remembered a vague image of the stars of David on the collar, soldiers pushed people into the train, and the soldiers pulled away the boyfriend. I have read all of this, but there is something to discourage me. I want a big picture

But when we talk about the 12 million people we were killed in the German Nazi Holocaust it is impossible to understand such a large number. It is like the debt of the country, the distance from the nearest star, or the number of stars in the galaxy. The important thing is that if you can not understand these figures, we tend to delete those figures from conscious ideas, as we have seen recently. The Holocaust did not actually happen or was exaggerated, it is truly hundreds of people, they are all criminals.
