The History of Texas

Texas history, Texas itself has its own wonderful story. A small number of American immigrants who moved to Texas led to a dramatic war with Mexicans. Texas was a land once owned by Mexican people. The controversy between Texas people and Mexicans led to a fight between Saint Jacques and the Mexican war. Long ago, the place was very rich and the land was rich before American settlers moved to Texas. The Spaniard settlers lived there for many years.

- This multipart story on Texas's past from prehistoric to 1980 is based on "Texas's brief history" by Mike Kingston, an almanac editor before Texas. Mr. Kingston 's history was published in the 1986-1987 Texas Calendar edition to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Texas. Robert Plocheck, deputy editor in the Texas calendar, has edited and expanded Mr. Kingston's history.

Mr. Campbell (History, University of North Texas, Sam Houston, Southwest United States of America) offers extensive research on the history of Texas dating back 12,000 years ago. Campbell's story, which made a balance between traditional impression and revisionist trends, began with immigrants from Pleistocene Epoch Times to Texas, exploring Texas in the 16th century Europe, Spain's rule, the "revolutionary era", Mexico Control, legend Texas Revolution and Independent Texas Republic then entered into the civil war, Great Depression, World War II, and the rise of modern Texas. Campbell tells the colorful Texas story and important events. Campbell's wonderful, charming history new movie Alamo is a timely arrival, which is a good update to T.R. Ferenbach's authoritative sole star.

Soon after the independence of Texas, E. E. Lee's Texas map was accompanied by David Edward's history of Texas, a new immigration guide in Texas, its characteristics and climate.
