Female genitectomy According to many Americans, female genital resection is one of the most traumatic practices ever. In this procedure, some or all female genitals are removed to suppress female sexual emotions. In my opinion, there is no reason to do this. This usually occurs before a woman experiences adolescence (4-8 years old). Women may suffer for several days, weeks, or even months at a time. Female reproductive resection (FGM), also known as female circumcision, is done before a young woman comes into puberty. In fact there are three types of female genitectomy.
