The History of Comedy: Miniseries (2017)

Following the legacy of David L. Wolper's son Mark Wolper and Alex Haley, History Channel asked for a remake of the mini drama. As an executive producer, Mark Walper's new 8-hour mini-painting is from a modern perspective, but uses Hailey's novels and the original mini drama. In April 2015, Lifetime and A & E will also make a remake of the Roots mini drama along with the History Channel. Will Packer, Marc Toberoff, and Mark Wolper are sold with Lawrence Konner and Mark Rosenthal. The original series stars LeVar Burton and Korin Huggins work together

For historical mysterious fans, this is a fun candyian american mini drama. It is based on a novel of the same name that I adapted from Margaret Atwood (see here) and Sarah in 1996. The series consisted of 6 episodes, premiered on CBC on September 25, 2017, and aired on Netflix on November 3, 2017. This series is the story of young Grace Marks, poor Irish immigrants, and Canadian domestic workers accused of killing her employer and his butler in 1843. Stablehand James McDermott has also been convicted. McDermott was hanged, but Grace was sentenced to prison and became one of the most notorious women in Canada.
