Odysseus and Ullysseus Everett McGill have similar characteristics because of their patience, intelligence and leadership. In "Odyssey", Odysseus depicts and works on important features of this story. His perseverance really stands out as he owns and always has. In his long journey home, no matter how charming he is, he just does not give up and is just in the same place. He has always moved forward and kept approaching his goal of returning to China. An example he is doing is when he is faced with the challenge of crossing Skylla and Kharybdis.
Odysseus and Everett are on their way home. In "Odyssey", Odysseus left 20 years ago. He stayed in Trojan War for ten years, and spent more than a dozen homes. In the art of your brother, Everett ran away from the chain gang, so he could return home and get back his wife. Both of them are useless. In O Brother Where Art, Everett and his men were going to repair the car, Everett should have got parts of the car, but he was concerned about hair treatments. This indicates that Everett may easily derail when talking about his self image. The Odyssey Circe tells Odysseus how to go home. When she tells him a deadly creature he is away from him and I want to fight it in some way. "When the deadly Charybdis - Scylla hit my man, can not I separate from her and keep fighting with Scylla? (Vol.12, pp. 124 - 125, p. 275)
In the movie 'Where is the art of brothers', Everett is very similar to Odysseus. Everett is smarter than people around him like Odesseus and believes in his power. He is also surrounded by those who do not want to betray him or hurt him. In addition, they all believe they do not need others as they are superior to others. Everett and Odysseus also want to return to their wives, and they are still slightly concerned about their companions. Where are the brothers of Everett in the movie?
