Leadership is a topic I like. Of course I am not an expert in this field, but there is still a long way to go on a leadership trip. But I will start to include topics of leadership in my blog post.

In a recent article, I compared the teaching style of King Saul and the teaching style of the apostle Paul. Now, I would like to see how Jesus defines leadership in the kingdom of God.

Jesus was given this teaching after Jacob and John's mother asked his son to become the most important position in his kingdom.

But Jesus called to them and said, "You know that the rulers of the Gentiles are above them and that they have excellent motor skills, but among you It is not the case that anyone who wants to become the first person among you just as you are supposed to serve, not for service, and for redeeming his life for many people Be slaves of yours. Jesus contrasts the leaders of the world with the leaders of the kingdom of God and shows that they are completely different. The paradox of the leader of the kingdom is this: in the world, people serve their leaders. In the kingdom, leaders serve their people

This does not deny the reality of the authority of leadership, but it shows the idea of ​​exercising the authority of leadership in the kingdom of God. Jesus does not promote weak or passive leadership, but rather details the core of leadership from the perspective of God.

People in an authoritative position should not rule over their authority. Leadership - its essence - not about posts and titles. This is a position, not a position or position. The grace that God has given us, oil poured, and authority is not for our own good but for the glory of God and for the people we serve. The core of leadership in the kingdom of imperialism is to let go of our lives for the benefit of others!

There are many good leadership resources and principles. But if you miss the core behind everything, you will build an erroneous foundation. Leaders who are safe with regard to God's love are not seeking their own safety and identity. Rooted in God, they can look out and throw them out for others

Before you accept the theory and principles of leadership, make sure you have the correct heart.

More narrowly, the Kingdom of God is the spiritual rule of the soul and life of the person who is willing to comply with the authority of God. Those who despise the authority of God and who refuse to submit to him do not belong to the kingdom of God; conversely, those who confess the sovereignty of Christ and are willing to leave their heart to God's rule, It is a part of the Kingdom of God. In this sense, the kingdom of God is spiritual - Jesus said that his kingdom does not belong to this world (John 18: 36), and he is necessary for repentance to become part of the kingdom of God I preached that it was a condition (Matthew 4: 17). ) In John 3: 5-7, the kingdom of God is equal to the range of salvation, and Jesus says that the kingdom of God should enter by regeneration. Contrary to what is generally believed, the kingdom of God is already in the form of a church or in the heart of mankind.
