Discussion of gun control: Is it a violation of the Constitution? The US Constitution is considered the best law in the country. When drafted two centuries ago, the founder's goal was to provide universal welfare and common defense for all citizens, to establish a more perfect alliance and to secure the peace of the United States. Unfortunately, this tranquility feels the interference of unnecessary tragedies of armed men. In the tragedy of Sandy Hook shooting and Colombian genocide, armed men robbed innocent innocent civilians' lives, shocked our community and made us different approach.

Whether it is Miller's gun control measures, whether the March Organizers of Life or other gun supporters supporters represent violations of civil liberties, this is a living debate. Ironically, many arguments about gun control resulted in gun sales and increased ownership, making it nearly impossible to attempt any massive confiscation. The supporters have to carefully define the victory, weigh the costs to pursue responsibly goals, and clearly tell why they are important. Although the absoluteist's goal may serve as a rhetorical slogan, their chances of success are small. Allowing mass media to encourage discussion will not lead to victory and will not underestimate the cost of these struggles. Mature decisions must recognize trade-offs and limitations, especially involving millions of people
