The Guest Worker Program

A visitor's worker plans that the paper I am writing covers immigration issues, more specifically immigration bills. In the bill, I pay more attention to the part of building a guest worker program. The guest worker program is an excellent startup plan to fight illegal immigrants, but harm will be greater than compensation.
