The main purpose of the reform of the Security Council of the four groups and the United Nations Security Council is to maintain world peace and security. The Security Council is one of the six major agencies of the United Nations. According to the United Nations Charter, the functions and authorities of the Security Council are the main institutions, and the many nine things here are "to maintain international peace and security in accordance with the principles and objectives of the United Nations."
The reform of the UN Security Council has become an international agenda and in 1992 the UN General Assembly adopted Resolution 47/62, titled "Issues of Fair Representatives of the Security Council and Member Countries Increase." In 1993, the General Assembly established a free working group to promote comprehensive and open dialogue exchange. In a report of the general meeting in 1994, the group stated that: "The discussion is substantial and constructive, clarifying the position of the Member States, but it has not reached a conclusion, although it is an agreement, that is to expand the Member States of the Security Council, but the extent of such expansion (Murthy 1995, p.22) We also agree that further discussion is necessary about the nature
There are many reasons for the UN Security Council to need reform. The Security Council is an important conflict management system to protect the world peace and resolutions decided by the Security Council are binding on all Member States. I believe in all UN member nations because the decisions made at the meeting include not only members of the Security Council but also many countries. Since the last reform in 1965, 140 countries have joined the United Nations, Brazil, Germany, Japan and India cooperated to reform the system and have the new country participate in decision-making. They believe that direct information from developing countries should be represented, as many of the disputes discussed by the council occur in developing countries. Germany also believes that the first and most important permanent member is the northern country, so that the southern permanent delegation is necessary.
