The Green Agreement is a policy initiated by the British Energy Climate Change Authority to take a major step toward improving energy efficiency. This measure was first debated in 2011, but it was officially launched in June 2012. The UK's energy consumption rate is close to 3,000 kgoe / year, which is fairly high (see Appendix 1). This transaction ultimately provides consumers with energy-saving technologies that are cheaper than standard equipment in the long term.
By the beginning of 2014, the green trading clearly had problems. The government has changed its focus. Instead of managing the loan ("Green Trading Financial Plan"), they issue vouchers guaranteed in cash after someone takes efficiency measures instead. In the new "Green Housing Improvement Fund" loans were replaced with subsidies. Free certification of funds is very popular - almost all rounds of coupons are immediately available. The form of "grant" in the figure below is the result of the government using the voucher, not a loose request.
Everyone around the world seems to think about Green. But this is not as green as money, this green handles the movement of green. Green movement is initiated by environmentalists whose purpose is to inform us that we are destroying the Earth and that we need to make a change to save it. The main focus of the green movement is not to exhaust our fossil fuel energy but to create an alternative energy source for the world. Since fossil fuels are irreproducible resources, we must strive to recognize energy problems and achieve other options.
When presidential candidate Barack Obama added an eco-friendly new deal to his platform, Friedman's idea made it mainstream. In 2009, the UN called for a green new agreement on a global scale and created a report to concentrate government stimulus on renewable energy projects. A month later, the Millennium Democratic breakthrough ceiling and trading bill - a company to buy and sell pollution licenses and build a market that can take a discreet first step to limit carbon dioxide emissions - Passing through, generating a high energy employment of 1.50 million stimulation of 150 dollars, 1 billion clean energy investment
The Green New Deal's left wing vision is gaining attention even in state competition. Loser ladder Abdul El-Sayed, who was in charge of the Michigan Governor 's campaign campaign, proposed setting up an environmentally friendly infrastructure bank and initiating a nationwide renewable energy project. The pulpit will promote federal action. Ashik Siddique, a climate labor group for American democratic socialists, says: "We are talking about the need to change the physical infrastructure in every field of the economy."
