Great Wall of China The Great Wall of China is one of the most famous landmarks in China. Most people like to depart from Beijing in northeastern China when visiting. The Great Wall has spent a long time making large walls like soldiers, prisoners, and local people. It is said that the Great Wall was started in the Warring States Period (476 BC to 221 BC). Its structure forms a defensive wall feel to protect people from potentially invading enemies.

The Great Wall of China: The Great Wall of China was built by Qin Shihuang about 2000 years ago. The famous walls were built between 220 BC and 206 BC. The aim of the Great Wall was to protect the Chinese empire from the invasion of nomads tribes and troops. The length of the wall is about 5000 kilometers, and the height is 7.5 meters. In the late Ming dynasty, the Great Wall expanded to 6,400 kilometers. Forbidden City: Forbidden City is located in the center of Beijing. This is the palace of 24 emperors during the Ming and Qing era. It was built in the year 1406 - 1420, the ancient Chinese astronomer thought that purple star (Hokusai) is in the center of the heaven, so the emperor lived in the purple palace.

About 100 years ago (1368), the Age of Ming started to build a technologically advanced new fortification today, known as the Great Wall of China. The wall costs a lot along the new border of the Ming Empire. Recognizing the Mongolian rule of Ordos in the south of the Yellow River, the wall follows the northern boundary of Shanxi and Shaanxi province. In the last 80 years of the Ming Dynasty, the wall work replaced most of the Mongolian military investigation and continued until 1644 when the dynasty collapsed.
