The Governess in The Turn of the Screw

As one of the most critically discussed works of American literature in the 20th century, "Rotating Spiral" has inspired various critical interpretations since its publication in 1898. Until 1934, this book was regarded as a traditional ghost story. However, Edmund Wilson immediately challenged this viewing on the view that Ghost Vision is a psychological study of an unstable tutor, which is merely a delusion, "Spiral Turn".
