When I first came to America, "Bonjour", "God d", "hyvääpaivää", "Hello" were part of my vocabulary. I am from Finland and have two main languages, Finnish and Swedish. I also started studying English at elementary school and high school. I have always been very interested in various foreign languages. It helps to communicate with people all over the world during the trip. Learning a foreign language has many other advantages. For example, you can get better work and communicate with foreigners in Japan and abroad.
Knowing a second language or foreign language in today's world has many advantages. The world became a global village. In the presence of this globalization, knowledge of foreign languages and their corresponding cultural abilities are increasingly recognized as valuable assets that can bring benefits to those with such skills. In countries like India, mastering of the second language begins very early, but when you graduate from high school you will already be bilingual or even multilingual. In the United States, this is not necessarily the case. However, most American universities offer foreign language courses, and all students enrolled in some degree of program need to study the mathematics period of foreign languages.
The modern "village of the world" needs the "language of the world" and the single universal language was not so important (especially in the world of modern communications, world trade, and convenient international travel) I will be told. With the advent of large international organizations such as the United Nations and its various branches since 1945, there are more than 50 different institutions and programs from the World Bank, the World Health Organization, UNICEF, and the World Postal Union in the United Nations. More vague weapons, and collective organizations like the Commonwealth and the European Union were not so powerful in building a global common language. As an example of Linga Franca, it is thought that up to one third of the administrative expenses of the European Community will be achieved by translating into the language of various Member countries.
For globalization and interaction, interaction between countries becomes necessary and communication becomes necessary. This language is used for communication media. In a global village, English has become the most important means of communication in international affairs. English is used in various fields of life. Many students who do not have English as their mother tongue learn mathematics, science, geography, and other subjects in English. To cope with the wave of globalization, educators have to introduce English at all levels of educational institutions. They need to master English and to positively train people who can participate in international affairs (Anyadubalu, 2010). Self-efficacy feeling is also taken into consideration. Because everyone needs to control their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions in various fields. It also includes living in foreign languages and acquiring English.
