The Giver, Equilibrium and Modern Day Society

In the modern world, many people disagree this generation, sometimes even tragic. We often classify ourselves as greedy and try to transcend our needs. Some people are sitting and watching like books and movies, but there are many people who think that our society is corrupt and can not be repaired. In 'donor', elders did not show perfect society, violence, problems, pain, and valuable information was hidden from many people. They just gave up all their cheating for the better perfect world, but it is often the same as the real life in many cases.
