I think that my father will be the best person to interview this issue, especially when thinking about gender disparity, especially gender equality issues in the workplace. My father is a businessman and overcomes corporate ladders over the past 25 years in a competitive field. I think he may have some good insight about this topic, as he is at almost every level of the company's ladder. I am right.
