Gambian home cooking is an all day experience. You go to pick you up from the hotel and bring that land to the market Selekunda. On the way, you will discuss the tour guide and what you are preparing and cooking. Usually on the street pick up ice to keep soft drinks cold throughout the day. Because the Gambiers are conducting commodity trading in vast markets, you will join the hustle and bustle of their daily lives there. It takes about an hour to purchase fresh ingredients such as fish, meat, rice, vegetables, spices on the market. Be sure to take water from Land Rover. The next stop is the house of a typical Gambia family. The guide becomes a more practical cooking costume and you will be able to choose traditional gambier costumes and aprons. Menus differ between meat dishes such as Yassa rice and Benatin rice and fish dishes. Also we are making locally produced juice like Baobab and original one. This is black cranberry juice made from a cherry blossom flower. So the preparation starts with a small fire under a huge pot. Then prepare fish and meat and all vegetables. Especially all the influences of onion, garlic, pepper and seasoned leaves will be received. The pot is ready to start cooking. Gradually add ingredients and stir. Finally, the meal is cooked separately before the meal is finished. The whole process is easy to prepare for 3 hours and talk with family and local children. Finally, the food is placed in the center of the compound and local people are invited to join the meal while eating with both feet (if you need a fork!). Baobab juice and original juice are shared and cleaned up. Tidying up, saying good-bye, go back to the hotel and have time to look back on the unique experience that you have shared. There is no one who provides insight about typical life in Gambia.

Gambia is Cheong Wa Dae with multiple parties system. The heads of state and government are the president. The Gambian Cabinet is the president, the vice president and the supreme executive body of the Secretary of State. After depriving power with a bloodless coup in 1994, President Yahya Jammeh ruled the country for 22 years with Tekken. The presidential election held in Gambia on December 1, 2016 seems to have ended his reign, and Jammeh lost to Adama Barrow, but Jammeh refused to resign.
Gambia held a parliamentary election on Thursday. This is the first parliamentary election since President Adama Barrow took office. Barro beat the long-time dictator Yahya Jammeh in the presidential election last December, but Jammeh refused to resign. In January, the West African Economic Community (ECOWAS) invaded Gambia, destroyed Jaime peacefully and aimed to make Barrow a new leader. Jame was exiled and ran away to Equatorial Guinea. Barro's Democratic Union (UD) won 31 seats out of 53 seats in the general election, which is an absolute majority. It easily broke Jammeh's former dominance army, Patriotic Relocation Construction Association (APRC), which decreased from 43 seats to only 5 seats. The voter turnout was 42%. Below is the result of only the party that won at least five seats.
