The Future

In the future you will find it by tracking clues, not through inductive reasoning. Some people currently accept this view, but still believe that science can not avoid inductive reasoning. A new field of social research has been established with the aim of systematically studying the future. It is sometimes called futures research, futures, futures research, future science, forecasting and forecasting, and its practitioner is called the Futurist (Bell 1997). The basic principle is that there is not only a future, but we are now faced with the need to consider different future. Futures Research (FS) accepts uncertainty as an essential part of reality and finds ways to deal with the future as an active protagonist of that change. This insightful futuristic purpose is to discover, invent, present, review and evaluate possible, possible and desirable future. Another purpose of exploring the future is to evaluate the plan or decide how to do them and determine their expected outcomes or results.

Generally, in planning and policy analysis, the future is often used to increase the likelihood of achieving policies. This is often referred to as "preparation for the future" or "coping with future issues". The future so described is single and is often given. The future will be at the stage of economic conquest and time will be the latest phase of colonization, institutionalization and domestication. However, futures research is aimed at releasing strict technology from the rationality of tools. It asks: What are the different ways people can "clock" the world? For example, how do different cultures, groups and organizations imagine time? It is not "preparation for the future", but by opening up the possibility of a challenge to the legitimate future and the future. If an alternative future is born, future research is practical, aiming to develop personal and organizational capabilities to create an ideal future.
