The Future: Incoming Natural Disasters

Low-income countries have to face the prospects for such disasters with strict budget and very limited funds. If the climate model is correct, the global population increase will be at risk. Therefore it is increasingly pointless to declare struggle to reduce the impact of climate change as a life and death struggle.

Due to factors such as climate change and demographic change, global vulnerability to natural disasters is increasing, especially in low and middle income countries. Since 1980, low-income countries accounted for only 9% of disasters, but death accounted for 48%, placing a great deal of pressure on humanitarian aid. Climate change makes risk more dynamic, while aid development agencies are increasing their investment in preparation and resilience. However, people with lower color income live in places particularly susceptible to hurricanes, serious floods, and other natural disasters, so they are more seriously damaged by climate change and global warming. During the hurricane season, only 25% of the black American population lived in dangerous areas. Even after the disaster, our community is often taken care of by ourselves, especially for colored people. On average, natural disasters affect men more and kill more than men.
