You should not avoid stress. People feel pressure from time to time, depending on how you feel pressure in different ways. Not all stress is bad, but it depends on how people accept it. The word "stress" is what we all experienced, but psychologists, medical staff, management consultants and other people seem to use various definitions. We deal with at least four kinds of stress factors every day. They cause physical, chemical, social, biological and mental stress. These four pressure factors work together as a team, and each one of us has unreasonable pressure. Stress is a human's automatic process and reaction; most people may not even know what kinds of stress they are applying to their bodies through their daily activities. Physical stress sources are classified as stressors that occur outside the controllable environment, such as pollution, noise, and temperature. There are also factors of social pressure, including but not limited to economic pressure and unemployment, interpersonal interactions, fight between spouses, and perhaps common accomplice. Bio-stress is also a major player that influences our thoughts and reactions. Some examples of biological stress are trauma or bodily injury, stomach pain, fever, and many other things.
