Through the founder's business term, we learned to be an important prerequisite for becoming a smart but effective manager in today's business world. We saw the documentary of "Building in America" and saw various aspects of management and how to apply them to the real world. Today, Carnegie, Morgan, Rockefeller, Vanderbilt and other important figures have appeared in the business world. Each of these people builds the foundation of modern business and we are still discussing the contribution to society.

Founder of commercial design is, of course, IDEO and other famous design companies. Rotman College outlines design thinking as a management method and there are many other parent-child claims. The following is myself, and I hope it is unique and has a view on this subject. I have worked in the field of financial services for five years but after two years of MBA at Vanderbilt University I chose the career path of traditional management consulting. I like to solve business problems, the more ambiguous the problem, the more enthusiastic I am trying to solve it. I focus on digital strategy and IT strategy and are addressing issues that affect revenue or profit growth. After a four-year hypothesis of asking the right questions to solve strategic problems and defining a long-term roadmap, I decided to pursue my dream of building and managing my own startup. This is one of the most important decisions in my life, it involves a steep learning curve.

I have grown in family business for over 100 years. I have taught a lot about how owners (especially my father and grandfather) think about the relationship between the company and most employees. My grandfather and father could not find this business (I was 100 when my father arrived), they like the founding culture of the company, like everyone else . I learned a lot of growth around them, and it helped me a lot at the startup I participated and met. One thing that I think is a way to make it possible for anyone to use "to become a founder". I do not think this is the difference that those early people can get. This is a state of mind that can improve involvement, passion, and performance. As start-ups grow, they actually need more people to "fulfill the founder's torch", remember and raise the culture they need.
