Although the origin of the Cold War comes from various directions, it is mainly caused by the tension between the Soviet Union and the United States. During the Second World War, the Soviet Union and the United States were regarded as allies, but this is the only common point between the two countries. These differences, especially the differences related to the political structure adopted by the country, are the foundation of the Cold War. A few months before the end of the Second World War, the German army seemed to be convinced that the German army was approaching surrender, and some global leaders were asked to discuss so-called I participated in the Yalta Conference.
The political relationship in Europe during and after World War II had a great influence on laying the foundation for the Cold War. The decision made by the United States during the Second World War brought tension escalation between America and the Soviet Union. Due to the fears of communism in capitalist countries, the US government raised concerns about the Cold War with propaganda, made Americans fear Communism and helped the Cold War. The US government appealed most of the communists in the movie using federal organizations like HUAC, investigated people as Communist spies, and also appealed public hatred against Communism. Next, an American senator named Joseph McCarthy will lead a series of trials against American communists. The majority of McCarthy accused of communism was convicted. Many defendants are not actually Communists, but the truth is still true.
The Cold War broke out for various reasons. First, the difference between Soviet Russia and the United States led to the Cold War. The United States can not tolerate Soviet communism ideology. Russia, on the other hand, can not accept the advantage of the United States against other European countries. Second, arms race between the two superpowers is another reason for the Cold War. After the Second World War, the Soviet Union strengthened the military power that threatens the Western countries. As a result, the United States began making atomic bombs, hydrogen bombs and other deadly weapons. Other European countries also participated in this competition. Therefore, the whole world was divided into two power groups and opened the way to the Cold War.
