In January 2015, the Eurasian Economic Alliance (EAEU) began operation, taking an important step toward further integration into Eurasia. It consists of three members, the former Eurasian Customs Union (CU), Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan and Armenia.
In a recent discussion on the integration of Europe and Asia, EAEU is considered to be a Russian hegemony plan in the region. However, the possibility of the project has yet to be discovered. This article pioneered the application of the New Gramier method to analyze the possibilities of EAEU as a Russian anti-hegemist initiative. The understanding of hegemony by New Grams constitutes four important elements reflected in the article structure. Institutional design, material capability (capitalist institutions), safety (geopolitics) and cultural leadership.
This article concludes that the regional hegemony of Russia has not yet been formed, but it is possible to complete. Hegemony was integrated in the country and began to expand outside through EAEU as its institutional mechanism. However, in order to successfully implement its hegemonic project, the Russian government creates a powerful welfare system that will benefit important social groups in order to acquire society, not simply copying the institutional design of the EU You should learn how to use integration outcomes as a successful effort to do. I agree and adopt cultural leadership
The novelty presented by hegemony as the evolutionary process through the early stages of development, the transition phase, the decision stage and the short-term nature of EAEU as a theme can make this article a contribution to the study of Eurasian integration I can do it.
