The Flag-burning Debate Continues

The argument over the gun was burned and the Nazis caught Jim Rogers. He is often beaten and has little food to survive. Discussion about the burning of the flag is not unusual. In recent 2006, attempts to revise the Constitution failed and Congress was able to ban the national flag. The reason for this amendment is that the US Supreme Court ruled that the flag was protected by the First Amendment, thereby invalidating the law that was trying to limit it. First of all, a constitutional amendment is required to allow Congress to enact such a law.

The incineration of the American flag is often a source of debate, which suggested making this practice illegal through amendments. According to the US Constitution, in order to consider the revision of this flag two-thirds of the votes cast by each parliament or two-thirds of the parliament must be submitted by the Diet called by Congress. In order to become part of the Constitution, the amendment must be approved by three quarters of the State legislature or three quarters of the State Convention. The author of the Constitution can not intentionally pass the amendment for several reasonable reasons. After reading some of the current questions about whether to adopt the "revision of the flag" I am convinced that the revision of the flag is unnecessary. I am not saying that burning a flag by myself is morally right, but I think there should be several reasons why this should be allowed.
