In today's constantly changing business world, excellent managers are excellent leaders, and this is more important than ever. Although becoming a leader may not be easy, all managers need to work hard to achieve this goal. Through continuous education and practice, each manager can improve leadership skills. More importantly, it includes the impact of effective leadership qualities on the implementation of superior governance principles. This article is divided into five parts. The first part is about the definition of keywords used in the paper. The second part deals with the chosen basic qualities of leadership. In Part 3 I will explain the principles of good governance. In Part 4, we will explain the quality of effective leadership and the impact it will have on the implementation of good governance principles. For effective leadership I think that it is necessary to understand the principle and to change the behavior.
