The Five Principles of Effective Leadership

In today's constantly changing business world, excellent managers are excellent leaders, and this is more important than ever. Although becoming a leader may not be easy, all managers need to work hard to achieve this goal. Through continuous education and practice, each manager can improve leadership skills. Through reading and leadership assessment there are five of the most important guiding principles for today's leaders: creation of responsibility, educational ability, leading by example, empathy.

This short-term paper will explain the relationship between the basic nature of effective leadership and the generally accepted good governance principles. More importantly, it includes the impact of effective leadership qualities on the implementation of superior governance principles. This article is divided into five parts. The first part is about the definition of keywords used in the paper. The second part deals with the chosen basic qualities of leadership. In Part 3 I will explain the principles of good governance. In Part 4, we will explain the quality of effective leadership and the impact it will have on the implementation of good governance principles. For effective leadership I think that it is necessary to understand the principle and to change the behavior. If you do not understand the principles of leadership, you will have difficulty in finding the way and timing to act in different situations. How can I improve if I do not want to change my behavior? I will not cook, I really did not do that. You can follow the recipe, but you can not become a chef. The chef understands the principle of taste. They understand which flavors work together well and can be applied if applicable. In other words, they can enter your home, open cabinets and refrigerators, and create amazing things. The principle at the top of this pyramid is the first principle of building a vision, promoting cooperation, promoting performance, nurturing learning, and ensuring results based on the pyramid.
