The Fisrt Amendment Analysis: Basic Freedom

The interpretation of the first fix has been seen throughout our history, and it has been incorporated in a conservative or changing manner. The first revision basically explains Congression's limited power and our basic freedom. However, if the provincial government were able to contain these freedoms, the problem was never questioned as it rarely attracted people's attention during the ratification of the bill. Besides casting doubt on the first case, these incidents have other fixes as well.

The first amendment may be the most important part of the Bill of Rights. It defends the five most fundamental freedoms. It is freedom of religion, freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of assembly, freedom to ask the government for the right mistake. These are assurances that anti-Federalists mostly miss the New Constitution. One of the hottest arguments of our time is prayer and school matters. Does the student have the right to pray in class? Or does prayer interfere with other students' right to pray for "no"? To solve this problem, a number of lawsuits have been filed in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court believes that a clear secular goal, prayer, or even the moment of silence required does not violate the principle of the first amendment.

Freedom of speech in the United States is protected by the US Constitution and many state constitutions and the first revision of state and federal law. Freedom of speech is not absolute, the US Supreme Court acknowledges several statements that are excluded from freedom and the government can take reasonable hours, places or restrictions on speech I admitted. In most cases it is acceptable to criticize the government and to argue that people may find unpleasant opinions contrary to offensive or public policy. There are exceptions to these general protections, such as the testing of obscene articles by Miller, child pornography, temptation to imminent action, regulation of commercial speech such as advertisements.
