The First President

George Washington helped form the future role and power of the office and set a formal and informal precedent for the future President. Therefore he opened the way to an able minority who could lead the country some day. His leadership ability is verified by management ability and domestic and foreign policies. His accomplishment is part of the legacy he left for learning and enjoying with Americans and the world. He broke the possibility of becoming an American President

Abraham Lincoln, as the 16th president, is considered the highest president of the United States. He led his country through one of the most devastating experiences of that history - the civil war. He is a very unique president, the first president with beards, the 6-4 president and the first assassinated president. Abel Lincoln completed many things during the four year term before the assassination. - In 1976, Jimmy Carter, a small peanut farmer from Georgia, was elected President of the United States of America. Carter 's experience in the national political arena is limited. He promised to restore integrity and ethics to the government with his own experience and promises. Carter was welcomed after the United States saw corruption within the government of the former Nixon and Ford.
