The First Amendment

The first amendment of the first amendment prohibits Parliament from enacting the law, regulating speech or publication prior to publication, or punishing it after announcement. In many cases many states passed freely contradictory law guaranteed by first amendment. However, broadcasting has always been considered a special exemption from the Freedom of Expression for two reasons. 1) The most important reason is the lack of spectrum and 2) persuasive power of the medium. Because the radio and television enter the house and they can be heard and seen by children without teachers, the government believes that the special responsibilities of American citizens are being kept.

The first amendment is to restrict the government. When I finally checked, Brooke Baldwin was not a member of Congress (although she was a member of a specially protected press by the first amendment), and she stopped Travis' freedom of speech I did not go through the law to do. As a host of CNN, she exercises her privilege and finished her interview with guests who no longer think she will add something to the discussion. We can discuss whether it is the right way to deal with this situation, but with the first fix we can not answer this question.
